Holiday Season Orders

1. What is the deadline for Christmas 2025 orders? To ensure your handcrafted gift arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 1st, 2025. Due to the personalized nature of our work and high shipping volumes during the holidays, orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for delivery by December 24th.

Ordering & Shipping

2. How long will it take to receive my order? Every display is personally crafted for you after your order is placed.

• Production Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to handcraft and personalize your order.

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days via standard shipping.

You can typically expect your order within 2-3 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we build a piece worthy of a place of honor.

3. How much is shipping? Shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States.

Product & Sizing

4. What size display do I need for my sword? This is our most important question! We've made it simple to choose the right size, even if you're buying a gift.

To measure a sword, use a tape measure from the hand guard to the tip of the blade.  This example is a 33 inch sword blade and it needs a "long" display.

The Gift-Giver's Guide: If you can't measure the sword, use the service member's height as a confident guide.

• • Under 6' tall: Select the SHORT display.

  • 6' tall or taller: Select the LONG display.

For a Perfect Fit: If you can measure the blade, measure from the top of the handguard to the very tip. Each product page lists the specific blade length range that corresponds to our short and long displays.

5. Can you create a custom emblem or use a different wood finish? The emblems and wood finishes available for each product are listed on its page. Our Universal Sword Display is available in Maple, Walnut, and our signature Cognac finish. While we don't typically offer custom emblems, you can contact us with your request, and we will let you know if it's possible.

6. Is the sword included with the display? No, the sword is NOT included. We specialize in crafting the high-quality, handmade wooden displays designed to showcase your sword or cutlass. For purchasing a regulation sword, we personally recommend Marlow White for their superior quality and service.

Returns & Policies

7. What is your return policy? We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event your display arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo so we can arrange for a prompt replacement.

General Returns: If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item, you may return it in new condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Personalized Items: Because engraved items are made uniquely for you, they cannot be fully refunded. Returns on personalized items will be refunded minus the cost of the custom engraving.
