1. How long will it take until my order is shipped?
We ship our standard products within 2 weeks after your order is made. Since each item is custom made to your order, we need time to craft them. We ship using standard shipping (3-5 days). Thank you for your patience while we personalize your order.
2. What size display do I need for my sword display?
Each service has a unique sword, and each sword is manufactured by several different companies. As a uniform item, the sword characteristics must follow strict standards, but each has slight variations. Swords are sold by the blade length to match the height of the servicemember.
To measure a sword, use a tape measure from the hand guard to the tip of the blade. This example is a 33 inch sword blade and it needs a "long" display.
For your display to best complement the sword, we offer two lengths for each product (short and long). The blade length (inches) for each display size is listed on the product page.
If you are buying this as a gift and don't know the length of the sword's blade, here is a general table to help you estimate it.
Our recommendation is if they are under 6' tall, select the short display. If they are 6' or taller, select the long display.
3. Do you offer different color wood / emblems / etc?
At this time, we offer one color "cognac" for our custom sword displays. We do offer three colors for our Mil Spec sword display: maple, walnut, and cognac.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all orders.
5. What is your return policy? Do you offer refunds?
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your purchase is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately to process a replacement. Items that have been engraved are unique to you and cannot be fully refunded (minus cost of engraving). All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. All returned products must be in new condition for a refund.
6. Is a sword included / where do I purchase a sword?
Swords are NOT included on this website. We only sell handmade wooden displays. Swords are available for purchase from military exchanges in the uniform shop and a variety of online companies. I personally bought my sword from Marlow White because I believe they offer a superior quality products.
